You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant BlindCrush a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute it within the service. We may remove content that violates these terms.
Premium subscriptions and credit purchases are billed through our payment processor. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Messages between free users expire after 3 days. Premium users enjoy permanent message storage. Media files (images, voice recordings) are subject to the same retention policy.
We provide reporting and blocking tools. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, pose safety risks, or receive multiple reports. We cooperate with law enforcement when required by law.
BlindCrush is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee matches, relationships, or the accuracy of user profiles. We are not responsible for user conduct outside the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlindCrush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
