Child Safety Policy

Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE) Prevention

Our Commitment

BlindCrush has a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Our platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We are committed to preventing, detecting, and responding to any form of child exploitation on our platform.

Age Verification

  • All users must be at least 18 years old to register
  • Date of birth is required at registration and verified against the minimum age requirement
  • Users who misrepresent their age are permanently banned upon discovery
  • Photo verification is available to confirm user identity

Prohibited Content & Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement:

  • Any sexual content involving minors (CSAM), including images, videos, text, or illustrations
  • Solicitation, grooming, or sexual communication with or about minors
  • Sharing, distributing, or requesting child exploitation material
  • Any attempt to meet a minor for sexual purposes
  • Promoting or normalizing sexual activity with minors
  • Sextortion or coercion involving minors

Detection & Enforcement

We employ multiple measures to detect and prevent CSAE:

  • Content moderation systems review uploaded photos, profiles, and reported messages
  • User reporting tools allow the community to flag suspicious behavior
  • Automated systems flag accounts that exhibit patterns associated with exploitation
  • Repeat offenders are auto-flagged and deactivated based on report analytics
  • All uploaded images are processed and checked before being made visible

Reporting

If you encounter any content or behavior that exploits or endangers children:

Response Process

When CSAE content or behavior is reported or detected:

  1. The reported content is immediately reviewed by our moderation team
  2. The offending account is suspended pending investigation
  3. Confirmed violations result in permanent account termination
  4. Confirmed CSAM is reported to NCMEC and relevant law enforcement
  5. Evidence is preserved and provided to authorities upon legal request
  6. All associated matches and messages are terminated

Data Retention for Safety

While we generally delete messages after 3 days, we retain data longer when required for active investigations or legal obligations related to child safety. This includes preserving reported content, account information, and IP addresses as needed for law enforcement cooperation.

Staff Training

Our moderation and support team members are trained to recognize indicators of child exploitation and follow established protocols for escalation, evidence preservation, and reporting to authorities.
