Your privacy matters to us
You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the app by going to Profile > Account > Danger Zone > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data including your profile, photos, messages, matches, and referral records.
If you are unable to access your account or prefer to submit a request manually, please contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
In-app deletion is immediate. Manual requests submitted via email will be processed within 30 days as required by GDPR. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
