All users go through photo verification before their profile is visible in discovery. Our moderation team reviews verification photos within 24 hours, so you always know the person on the other end is a real human being.
Profile photos, bios, and messages are reviewed by a combination of automated filters and a human moderation team. Inappropriate content is removed before it ever reaches you.
Every chat and profile has a one-tap block and report button. Blocked users cannot contact you, see your profile, or match with you again. Reports are reviewed by our safety team within hours.
Messages are transmitted over encrypted connections. All messages are automatically deleted from our servers after 3 days.
Enable 2FA in your account settings to protect your account with an authenticator app in addition to your password. We strongly recommend enabling this for all accounts.
You can download a full export of all your data at any time from your profile settings. You can also request account deletion, which permanently removes all your data within 30 days.
